Your 7-day trial gives you full access to the Carrier Core Workspace and any plug-ons you enable — no credit card required to start.
When the trial ends, your subscription rolls onto your selected billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) at the standard plan price. You can change your plan, switch cycles, add or remove plug-ons, or cancel any time from your billing page — there's no lock-in.
If you don't add a payment method by day 7, your account simply pauses until you decide to continue. Your data stays safe.
Every new carrier gets a one-time R1,000 credit automatically applied to your first generated invoice. You don't need a promo code — it's already on your account from the moment you sign up.
The credit is applied automatically the first time you create an invoice (manually, by converting a quote, or via a recurring invoice). It reduces the outstanding balance by up to R1,000, capped at the invoice total so your balance never goes negative.
It's single-use: once redeemed, it can't be applied to another invoice. Any unused portion does not roll over. The credit expires if not used within its validity window, so issue your first invoice during your trial to make the most of it.
