1. Scope
This policy covers subscription fees and paid module charges processed by Ubunye Online T/A Fleet Flex (Pty) Ltd via Paystack (ZAR) and via manual EFT where offered. It does not cover third-party costs such as Afriwallet clearing fees, government duties, or freight payments between carriers and shippers.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first paid month of any new workspace bundle or paid module. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of the first charge, email us and we will refund that month in full to your original payment method — no questions asked.
3. After the 14-day window
- You can cancel renewals at any time from the in-app billing screen. Access continues until the end of the paid period and you will not be charged again.
- Partial-month refunds are not provided after day 14, except in the cases listed in section 4.
- Disabling an add-on module stops the next renewal of that module.
4. Always refundable
- Billing errors (duplicate charge, charge after cancellation, wrong amount) — refunded in full within 5 business days, regardless of when reported.
- Service outage credit — if a Ubunye-caused outage exceeds 24 continuous hours, you may request a pro-rata credit for the affected days.
5. How to request a refund
Email billing@ubunye.online with: your account email, carrier name, the Paystack reference (or EFT proof for manual payments), the amount and the reason. We respond within 1 business day and resolve within 5 business days.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank — direct resolution is usually faster. Accounts with repeat or fraudulent chargebacks are flagged for enhanced due diligence and may be suspended.
7. Refund mechanism
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via the same processor that took the payment (Paystack for card/EFT, or back to the source bank account for manual EFT). Bank settlement times are determined by your card issuer or bank (typically 3–10 business days).
